An interesting blog devoted to detailing notable synchronicities and coincidences. I think the idea should be expanded upon: there should be a big sort of database/wiki dedicated to listing and analysing striking coincidences both recent and historical. Like a modern day take on the work of Charles Fort, but with a lot more man power behind it.
