If you don’t install urinals in the men’s toilets in a building, and instead opt for flush toilets as they have in the women’s lavatories, then you shouldn’t compain if you end up with a lot of piss on the floor at the end of each working day. The problem is that it takes just a few drops of any one person’s urine to land on the ground in front of the toilet to set off a sort of floor-pissing chain reaction. Each subsequent visitor to the cubicle will then urinate standing a little further back; and inevitably, the further back you stand the more chance that your piss will end up on the floor.  And really unless you’re living Germany, you’re not going be able to convince the majority of male lavatory users to piss sitting down.
